For me the treatment Jon gives me keeps me fit and healthy and able to compete at the highest level, my work can be hard on my body and a horse can easily pull my back. I have attended Jon for the past 4 years and he is an important member of my team to keep me in the best physical shape. Therefore I regularly attend for check ups but during the competition season I attend every month to keep me in the best shape.

Titles, winner on county shows at home and abroad including:

• 4 times consecutive world champion 2009,2010,2011,2012
• 2 times european champion 2006,2008
• Member of the English shoeing team for last 10 years in a row.
• Yorkshire champion for the last 12 years in a row.

Helping European Champions

I have been an international tenpin bowler since I was 13 and have won more than 30 medals representing England at international level including Gold in the Commonwealth Youth Games and Gold in the European Sport Games.

In 2008 whilst competing in the European Women’s Championships in Denmark I suffered a severe knee injury that made me unable to complete the tournament and took me out of the game for almost 3 years. During this time I was referred to numerous physiotherapists but still suffered serious pain when I tried to bowl and was totally unable to compete.

Jon was recommended to me by a friend of my dad and after a number of appointments I was back on my feet and bowling again. In 2011 I was fit enough to start competing in England Ranking events again and in my first season back become the number 1 female bowler in England and was subsequently selected to represent Team England in the European Women’s Championships Tilburg 2012. I travelled to Tilburg as a member of a team of 6 and we had the most successful European Championships to date coming home as European Team Women’s Champions.

When I damaged my knee I was unsure I would ever bowl at international level again. Thanks to Forest Hall Chiropractic Clinic and Jon’s continued support I am now back to full strength and am fortunate enough to be able to call myself a European Champion. Thank you Jon for your continued help and support, hopefully there are many more medals to come.
