Hi! I am Kirsty, Sports Therapist at Forest Hall Chiropractic Clinic. I have always had an interest in sport and biology so becoming a Sports Therapist seemed a natural path to follow.
I have also completed training in Indian head massage and pregnancy massage, and am always looking to do new courses to further progress my skills.
Over the years I have tried various sports and numerous gym classes, netball and yoga were particular favourites. My main hobby keeping me fit these days is walking my lovely golden retriever.
